The Tower of Babel and Tamils

Hiii,

Today, I’m sharing my views on the Tower of Babel. The Tower of Babel is a well known story which comes in the Bible in Genesis. As a quick introduction, in olden days, the people had a single language and they all spoke the same language. They said among themselves “Come, let’s build ourselves a city and a tower whose top’s in heavens; let’s make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth”. They started to build and then there was misunderstanding among them. Not everyone was speaking the language correctly. There arose different slangs among different places. They could not understand fully the other slangs. They didn’t want to even understand the other’s slangs. Slowly, there came differences. They didn’t want to lose their pride and so they failed to cooperate with each other. They failed to finish building the Tower they started.

This event is recorded in sumerian dynasty’s documents as well. Ther are some documents that claim that the people of Sumeria are the ancient Tamil People. The language they spoke was ancient Tamil and it is likely to be lightly different from current Tamil form. Nevertheless, we have sufficient proof to claim that Tamil is mother language for Malayalam, Tulu, Kannada, Telugu.

And Sanskrit was a wonderful written language invented by Tamils for keeping their secrets and knowledge. So, the same people had used different slangs and dialects. Numerous languages started to come from Sanskrit. Tada, there came different people speaking different languages, not wanting to mingle with other people, even fighting and ultimately failing from their original goal of building the Tower.

Christianity Shocks

Christianity have always professed a divine birth of the Christ, from a virgin. Guess what, whatever’s been taught by the church about the birth of the Christ from a virgin is actually a translation mistake.

We all know that the first Bible was translated from Hebrew to Greek. While translating the word “young woman” in Hebrew got translated as “virgin” in Greek. And when they translated it into various other languages, it even got exaggerated as a divine birth.

Finally, when we read bible and think we are right, we might actually not be so. How sad!
