Easy Fix for allergic sneeze

I have allergies. I have been suffering from this for a long time without diagnosis as I am from India where sneezes are not taken seriously.

But when I became pregnant, all my issues intensified and then I began to understand my ailments. I have dust/small particles allergies. Nose is the starting point. I could even induce allergies by rubbing my nose with my not so clean hands.

So, Ideally in order to fix this, we have to without allergens, ie dust, pollen which is almost impossible. Another method of fix is to cut off the entry point of allergens, covering nose.

Basically, I use cotton balls to cover up the nose holes, for immediate relief. This calms down my nose until I clean up my surroundings or my nose becomes tolerable for the allergens.
