How to stop remembering being a victim?

I am blessed with good memory power. I know the techniques to remember stuff. Actually I was taught those techniques by my mom and grandpa when I was little, for remembering my books.

And, while the techniques helped me get good grades in schools, it has a very big con, that’s I never forget stuff. In other words, I could never let go.

So, I was practising few techniques for forgetting stuff, and that too had a drawback, I was forgetting few important stuff. So, then I realised, I have a better way to solve this problem.

So, my strength is remembering stuff, my weakness is remembering bad stuff. So, I had to remember some opposite of the bad stuff, not necessarily good stuff.

For example, if I remember being a victim, then to overcome that feeling, I have to remember being a bully.

This worked very well for me. It stopped my victim feeling immediately.
